How long do you retain images?
Every portrait, group, or couples session will receive a free gift from us as a memento of your experience.
You will receive:
One (1) digital image from the shoot selected by the photographer, fully edited and suitable for digital viewing.
AND
One (1) 6x4 high quality print of the same image.
We like to give clients as much flexibility as possible whether you want one or a hundred (or more!), we can put together a package that will suit you. A single digital is $95, however buying an image pack will save you heaps off the single image price.
Your images will be lightly retouched to remove temporary blemishes such as pimples. If you'd like further refinement, please discuss your options with us. Images are delivered via a digital delivery service and are optimised for digital display. These images are not suitable for printing.
Any Shoot fee, or Day Rate retainer, must be paid in full in advance of the shoot to reserve your date.
These fees are non-refundable*. We do allow one (1) reschedule. Images and prints will not be released until all fees have been paid. Please be aware that we only keep your images for 6 months from the date of the shoot.
*Covid Policy: If your shoot date is impacted by a Covid lockdown, we will work with you to find an alternate date. Should you choose to cancel the shoot rather than reschedule, we will refund 25% of the shoot fee.
The short answer is No you don't, however; the digital images purchased in our image packs have been optimised for digital viewing only.
When you buy prints from us we use images that have been optimised for printing. Additionally, we work with a professional printing studio available only to professional photographers. This allows us to provide your images in many different printed formats from greeting cards and calendars, to fine art prints which will look fantastic on your wall.
Should you choose to have your digital images printed elsewhere we can not guarantee the quality of the results you will get.
No.
We don't offer wedding coverage as a service, however; our portrait or group sessions are a great alternative either before or after the big day.
Yes you can!
Should you simply want a longer session that perhaps covers more than 1 location, number of outfits or even an additional photographer, we can arrange this at an additional fee.

Yes you do. None of our shoots proceed without a signed contract. A contract not only protects us, but also you. It clearly lays out what is expected from all of us so there are no surprises.
You will know you are getting exactly what you asked for.
Client images are only stored for a maximum of six (6) months from the date or the shoot.
At the end of this time your images will be deleted and will no longer be available.
Please consider this carefully, especially when deciding to order prints at times other than with the digital images.
